Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a return and exchange policy. For damaged or incorrect items, you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product on email id info@nullstate.in or Whatsapp- +91 9217524697 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

No Refunds Policy: We are happy to assist with exchanges within 10 days after delivery. Please understand that we deal in exclusive, premium, and high-value products, which cannot be made readily available to everyone.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@nullstate.in or whatsapp- 9217524697 to begin the return process. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for pickup. Please note that there is a ₹100 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the exchange value. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the entire sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.

Exchanges: For faster service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. Please note that once an item has been exchanged, it will no longer be eligible for further exchange or return.
